I'm finally getting many of my clients to invest a little time and trouble into making short videos of the best neighborhoods for their respective real estate sales, and to me, if they are done right and in a classy way, they can go a long way towards selling a home. By the same token, if they are done unprofessionally, with bad music in the background, or misspelled content, nothing is worse.
